The Project Manager will play a key role in the agency’s success, ensuring that all team members are aligned and that projects move forward without bottlenecks.
Tasks
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including UI/UX design, website builds, SEO strategy, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
- Break down complex tasks into manageable steps, ensuring smooth workflows and clear delegation of responsibilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
- Oversee the development of email marketing flows and ensure proper implementation in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar.
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and development teams to ensure high-quality execution of tasks.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in project processes, suggesting tools or methods for greater efficiency.
- Outsource tasks to freelancers or third-party vendors when necessary, ensuring work meets the required standard.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across projects to meet client needs.
- Ensure that project documentation is maintained, including progress reports, project timelines, and any change requests.
- Lead regular meetings with the internal team to track progress, address issues, and align everyone on next steps.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects.
- Use project management tools like Asana, Monday, or Trello to track tasks, deadlines, and team assignments.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, with experience in both agile and waterfall environments.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, SEO best practices, digital marketing, and web development processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and clients.
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently and know when to outsource to third-party vendors.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Slack and Monday
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and mitigate them early.
- Budget management experience, with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring all project documentation is clear and updated regularly.
