The Role:

Your main responsibility is to respond to the increasing customer demand for Cash- and Treasury Management SaaS solutions around Europe, focusing on customers in DACH region. As a Solution Consultant you are in charge for the customer specific set-up of Nomentia’s Treasury & Cash Management software, and you will work in close cooperation with customers, banks, and designated project teams to ensure streamlined and flawless solution implementations. As a Solution Consultant, you will assist and train customers in various aspects, including solution configurations and testing. You will ensure that clients are well-equipped to utilize our solutions effectively and efficiently. To succeed in this role, you are solution oriented and enjoy helping customers with technical questions and challenges. Ideally you are based close to our office in Vienna, but we also offer a possibility to work fully remotely in Austria or Germany.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and evaluate business requirements & run smaller implementation projects independently.
  • Conduct trainings sessions and workshops about cash- and treasury management solutions for customers to ensure successful cooperation.
  • Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders to solve technical enquiries.
  • Participate in bank meetings with customers to agree on connection details.
  • Lead solution approaches for implementation and final releases of our system.
  • Ensure good connectivity between different internal systems, against customers integration layers and towards banks systems.
  • Approve technical specifications for the needed data flows and transfers accordingly.
  • Test and make sure the transfer details run as expected.


Requirements:


  • Work experience: minimum of 3 years of work experience in financial processes, technical customer migrations, ERP systems and/or building bank connectivities, with a preference for candidates with a background in fintech and/or banking.
  • Project management & consultancy: The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a consultative and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Technology proficiency: Experience with data transfer protocol sftp and/or other equivalent data transfer protocol is seen as a plus. Experience in xml formats, ASCII, and/or ISO20022 standard format knowledge is seen as a plus.
  • Language skills: Native level German. Fluent English. Knowledge of other European or Nordic languages is a plus.
