About Our Client Our client is seeking a Marketing Operations Strategist who embodies core values and is eager to join a rapidly growing team. The role offers a flexible working environment for its 300+ employees globally, including options at its head office or other locations in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Salesforce, Marketo, and B2B marketing operations. This individual will work in collaboration with the marketing team to understand business requirements and deliver top-notch technical solutions that empower the marketing department to leverage the full capabilities of an expanding tech stack. Responsibilities - Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership, revenue operations, and business analytics teams to enhance lead scoring, refine lead flow processes, and ensure accurate tracking through the lead lifecycle. - Drive the ideation, strategy, and execution of new automated prospect nurture programs, focusing on boosting email engagement, frequency, and speed. - Oversee the continuous monitoring of prospect nurture programs to ensure effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements. - Train, support, and manage the daily operations of the marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Litmus, LeanData, Intercom, and future integrations. - Work closely with the marketing team to provide technical insights utilizing the full features and functions of Marketo. - Manage audience segments and suggest optimization strategies and changes. - Track email KPIs and propose enhancements for delivery, open rates, and engagement, ensuring strong domain and list health; prepare monthly audits. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, executing marketing campaigns, and familiarity with SaaS products. - 4+ years of experience with Marketo and holds a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification. - Proficiency with Salesforce and LeanData, as well as experience with at least one of the following: ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Domo, or Intercom, or a comparable platform. Qualifications - Salesforce Administrator certifications. - Self-motivated and capable of working fully remote while collaborating with team members across the globe. - Background in business analysis, operations, or B2B contexts. - Digitally literate, with outstanding analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Strong ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data effectively. - Capacity to work under pressure and pivot as needed. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
