RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote Technical Product/Project Manager to joint their team.

Summary:

The client is looking for this person to come in and assist with the releases, testing, overall organization and ideally speeding up the deployments which are running at 4 weeks now to every 1-2 weeks. They want someone who is technical, understands releases, and has either a project or product mindset as they need someone with a loud voice to drive the initiatives within the teams. They will be working within a variety of tools such as Jira, but they won't be as in the weeds as a typical product manager yet, although the role may turn into a full-fledged team down the line. They really need someone to speed up the process as they have a ton of work to get done. This person will be responsible for coordinating with teams, deliverables, driving value, working with stakeholders, and assisting with releases. They are really looking for someone who is confident, not afraid to escalate things, has strong communication and can build relationships with the engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a technical product or project manager
• Experience working within a software app dev environment
• Extensive experience and knowledge on releases and agile
• Overall experience wrong with scrum teams and tight deliverables
• Ability to work in an agile fast paced environment and work with stakeholders
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to build relationships with others
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
