Position : MARKETING MANAGER

Work Hours : Flexible, but requires overlapping hours to attend mandatory team meetings

Timezone : CET

Holidays : Local holidays and flexibility for religious holidays, etc.

Pay Range : USD 1,500 - 3,000/per month

Interview Process : 2 interviews, case study/memo, before offer

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Lead all aspects of marketing, from brand growth to reaching target audiences in close collaboration with the CEO/Founder. You don’t need to be an expert in everything, as we will bring in additional support for you when needed. We currently use HubSpot for CRM and other marketing activities and Wix for our websites.
  • Brand Development: Craft strategies to enhance brand visibility, identity, and equity for our CEO, Accrona, and Post 50.
  • Communications & PR: Oversee public relations and manage communications across various channels to effectively share our story.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Manage social media, keep the website up-to-date, optimize for SEO, and execute email marketing campaigns. Our website is currently run on Wix.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners to drive business growth.
  • Lead Generation: Conduct market and client research to effectively reach target audiences. Identify lead generation opportunities, relevant networking events, and conferences for participation.
  • Client Support: Ensure high-quality client interactions and assist with client projects, including reviewing presentations, reports, and ensuring branding consistency.
  • Content Creation: Assist in developing impactful content that reflects our mission and amplifies the Founder’s voice.
  • Project Management: Coordinate freelancers and resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Market Insights: Perform market research, analyze competitors, and segment markets to identify opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Global Experience: Experience in international markets and understanding diverse audiences.
  • Professional Background: At least 5 years of experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, or the financial industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to coordinate various functions.
  • Interest in Sustainability: Experience in sustainability or finance is a plus, but with a passion for these areas is being essential.
  • Team-Oriented: You’re driven, take ownership of your tasks, and are eager to collaborate within a close-knit team.
