Are you an experienced Property Manager with a knack for organization and problem-solving? We're looking for a full-time Property Manager to manage our Airbnb properties, communicate with guests, and handle day-to-day property management tasks. You’ll be working remotely on South African hours, coordinating between property owners, estate agents, and guests, ensuring smooth operations and handling any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb properties.
• Communicate with guests, answering queries, resolving issues, and addressing lost property.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and coordinate cleaning schedules.
• Work with estate agents to manage properties effectively.
• Organize and manage property-related systems for smooth operations.
• Post basic social media updates and create simple Canva posts for property marketing.
• Be the main point of contact for property-related queries and emergencies.
• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage party bookings and handle guests with professionalism.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in property management or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Airbnb or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Familiarity with working alongside estate agents.
• Basic social media management skills (Canva knowledge a plus).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle various tasks and prioritize effectively.
