About the job

A professional responsible for ensuring a company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Duties include monitoring and analyzing regulatory changes, developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting compliance training, and providing advice to management on operational and risk management issues. The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming customer account applications in-line with the Company’s Onboarding Policy.
  • Update customer details on the Company’s CRM database.
  • Conduct initial and periodic reviews on existing customer files.
  • Handle label & Certificate of Analysis reviews on behalf of clients and FDA consultants, request changes from clients on high-risk issues highlighted.
  • Monitor skype chats for compliance-related questions and respond in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with the tech integration department and business development team to ensure funnels are integrated in a quick fashion.
  • Escalate blocking issues to the CRO in order to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company's operations and update compliance policies and procedures as necessary
  • Collection of site data and analysis.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and English - fluency in reading and writing.
  • Experience in a similar Compliance role (advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of Affiliate Business Terminology (advantage).
  • Confidence and professionalism when dealing with customers face to face and on the phone.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and process tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to concentrate and process large volumes of data.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and develop.

  • 40 hours/5 days per week
  • Working hours according to the EST time zone.
