Now, we're ready to bring on a full-time SEO Content Manager to take the reins, build on our success, and propel us to the next stage of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, experienced SEO expert to step in, own the strategy, and make a significant impact.
You'll be crafting content that resonates with software engineers and developers—an audience that values technical depth and precision. That means this role requires a good understanding of front-end software development and data visualization to provide value and to connect with our potential customers. You can be based anywhere in the EU, UK or Ireland (UTC +3 to UTC +0).

🔮 The magic you’ll perform
- SEO Strategy & Growth -> Organic Search Expansion 🔎
- You’ll take the lead in identifying and executing SEO growth opportunities.
- Set clear, measurable goals and prioritize steps to achieve them.
- Report SEO performance insights and opportunities to partner teams and leadership.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tech.
- Create SEO best practice guides to educate and align with other functional areas.
- Dive into keyword research and identify opportunities (top, middle and bottom of funnel).
- Content Planning & Execution -> Conversion & Engagement 🤩
- Craft and maintain a long-term content plan for the Embeddable website.
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop SEO-optimized content that drives results.
- Write content briefs, refine drafts, and see them through to publication.
- Pitch in with writing your own content pieces when needed.
- Maintain site structure, meta-information and internal linking between content.
- Oversee the creation of assets like images and videos to support the content.
- Create content summaries for use in social media, community and newsletter communications.
- Work closely with the team to deliver valuable content to leads, customers, and the wider community.
🤸♂️ What You Already Have
Hard skills:
- Good understanding of frontend software development/engineering (bonus points if you can write Javascript, too 💪).
- 3+ years experience in managing Content SEO for a developer-focused product or service.
- Solid grasp of SEO, E-E-A-T, and tools like Ahrefs, GSC, and the rest.
- Top-notch content writing and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Comfortable managing content in a website CMS like Webflow (or similar).
- Native or fluent English speaker (and writer!).
- Bonus points if you’ve got a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
Personality traits/soft skills:
- Eager to take ownership and independently lead projects from start to finish.
- Naturally proactive and responsive.
- A strong communicator, always looking to learn and improve.
