Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for all employees.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up accounts, devices, and software. Ensure smooth offboarding, including removing access to systems and securing data.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and backups to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.
  • Monitor and maintain data security protocols, including antivirus, firewall configurations, and access controls to protect sensitive employee information.
  • Assist in selecting and setting up hardware and software resources as required by internal teams, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage system access for all employees, ensuring they have the appropriate levels of access to perform their roles while maintaining security and privacy standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, technical troubleshooting, and IT systems maintenance..
  • Familiarity with Windows and macOS systems, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity protocols.
  • Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, network management, and IT documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with non-technical staff.
