Experience Required: Previous Property Management experience
Qualifications Needed: Certificate of Registration (COR) & Real Estate License (CAR)

Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 170 properties in collaboration with the Director
- Handle invoice entry and repairs control
- Conduct routine inspections and manage ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Participate in leasing activities on Saturdays when required
- Oversee properties across various Sydney locations, including Northern Beaches, LNS, UNS, Parramatta, Bankstown, Carlton, and Ramsgate
- Regular catch-ups with the Director (typically every couple of weeks, with increased Saturday activity recently
- Salary: UP TO $80,000 + superannuation
- Commissions: Yes
- Car Allowance/Phone: Yes
- Support: Work closely with the Director
