Giles Cain Media is seeking a dedicated Performance Manager (PPC & Meta Specialist) to oversee the full campaign lifecycle for property development clients. This remote role involves managing the setup, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital media products including search and social campaigns. You’ll be responsible for setting up, managing workflows, and optimising campaigns to drive performance.
What You'l Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads and Social campaigns.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations to drive campaign efficiencies and performance.
- Client Communication: Serve as the go-to expert for clients, providing insights and consultancy.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the agency, client and supplier teams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing Google Ads & Paid Social campaigns.
- Proven ability in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude.
- A strong analytical mindset and with experience in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with other digital advertising channels such as programmatic is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and appreciate a culture of accountability
