About Our Client

A leading homebuilder with over 40 years of experience is seeking a dedicated professional to support their online sales team. This role plays a crucial part in assisting all divisions with managing email and phone leads and ensuring timely follow-up with potential buyers to assess their preferences and needs. The primary objective is to support Internet Sales Managers across the organization, while the secondary focus is on identifying the needs of potential buyers, scheduling appointments in preferred markets, and facilitating the transition of leads to appointments.


About The Role

The role involves providing assistance to the online sales team by handling overflow leads through email and phone interactions. The main goal is to engage with potential buyers directly, understand their needs, and help them take the next step towards homeownership.


Duties and Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to all routed calls, employing customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage potential buyers effectively.

- Ask insightful questions to uncover buyer preferences, gathering additional prospect information to aid in product, pricing, timeframe, and location recommendations. Build rapport with potential buyers through both phone and email communication.

- Stay current on knowledge of various markets, homes, communities, benefits, and product features to provide accurate and educational information.

- Enter and manage leads within a CRM database, ensuring follow-up on initial contacts.

- Schedule appointments with New Home Consultants for meetings with potential homebuyers, or perform a handoff to local Internet Sales Managers.

- Provide feedback on lead quality, objections, and market demands, while tracking call activity, handoff processes, and appointment conversions.

- Engage in ongoing training sessions (weekly team calls, monthly training, one-on-one coaching, etc.).


Requirements

Minimum Education Experienc

Associates Degree or 2 years of online sales/customer service experience.


Skills and Abilities

- Deliver exceptional service to homebuyers and the online sales team.

- Exhibit decisiveness, good judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and supportive attitude as a team player partnering with each Internet Sales Manager.

- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for high levels of interaction with potential buyers, predominantly via phone.

- Interpret, analyze, and evaluate information to determine the best options for potential buyers.

- Self-motivated with a persuasive, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented personality; demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, online sales processes, and customer management databases.

- Ability to work independently from home.

- Bilingual candidates preferred.


Working Conditions:

- Remote work environment.

- Occasional overnight travel required.
