The company comprises a highly diverse, dynamic team of driven talented people from over twenty different countries, speaking multiple languages, with a physical footprint in Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go To Market Execution:
    • versee the deployment and management of FAOs who engage FMCG retailers to drive digital adoption of our app.
    • trategically deploy and realign FAO resources based on the evolving customer acquisition and expansion strategy.
    • nsure that FAOs are optimally placed to target high-potential markets and customer segments, adjusting deployment in response to market feedback and performance data.
    • ontinuously evaluate market opportunities and redeploy FAO resources to capitalize on new growth areas.
  • Productivity Optimization:
    • tilize the RedTAG application to monitor and enhance the daily productivity of FAOs, capturing real-time insights and market intelligence.
    • dentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes for FAOs.
    • everage real-time insights and market intelligence captured through RedTAG to inform strategic decisions and adapt GTM strategies.
    • rovide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to ensure the app and associated services meet market needs.
  • Performance Management:
    • evelop and manage a Relative Scorecard system to drive performance management and incentives for FAOs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • egularly assess and adjust performance metrics to reflect changing market conditions and company priorities.
  • P&L Management & Cost Optimization:
    • anage the FAO structure like a P&L, being responsible for budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
    • ptimize the deployment and realignment of FAOs based on customer acquisition and expansion strategy, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • nalyze the financial impact of FAO deployment decisions and adjust strategies to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment with GTM strategy and execution.
    • ngage with regional leadership to understand market-specific challenges and tailor strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

    • t least 6-8 years of experience in Go-To-Market strategy, sales management, or field operations, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce sectors.B
    • achelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
    • xtensive experience working in or managing teams in emerging markets, particularly in Africa P
    • roven track record of driving successful adoption of digital products or managing Market activation and engagement strategies.
    • xperience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization within a large-scale field operations context.E
    • xceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on improving productivity, performance tracking, and cost control.
    • roficiency in using data and analytics tools (SFAs and CRMs) to monitor productivity, manage costs, and drive operational efficiency.
    • trong understanding of emerging market dynamics, particularly in the FMCG sector.R
    • esults-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
    • ulturally sensitive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
