Started in 2019, STAGE is an entertainment platform for regional cultures known for producing premium quality content in Indian languages to reinforce, protect and validate people’s sense of identity for their culture and heritage.
We currently focus on Haryanvi and Rajasthani languages. Our mobile apps have 15 Mn+ downloads and 1 Mn+ paying customers globally. That makes STAGE the biggest media platform in both regions.

What are we looking for?
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines using HDFS, Python, and Spark
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize data delivery and structure.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Ensure high availability and scalability of data systems.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot any issues within the data infrastructure.
- Implement security best practices for data access and storage.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Support data-driven initiatives across various departments within the company.
