- Provide outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services to support customers effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer experience
- Participate in training sessions to continually develop your skills and knowledge
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
