We partner with startups, scale-ups, and established organisations to provide expert headhunting services for hard-to-fill, technical and non-technical blockchain roles.
For this role, it is crucial to have a high drive identifying and engaging blockchain talent. You will leverage your network, industry knowledge, and headhunting skills to find high-demand web3 candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Sourcing:
- Identify and engage candidates through headhunting techniques such as direct outreach, networking, and referrals within the Web3/Blockchain space.
- Market Expertise:
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of Web3, blockchain, DeFi, and related technologies to source high-caliber candidates.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop long-term relationships with blockchain professionals to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for future roles.
- Client-Centric Approach:
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their needs, culture, and technical requirements for key blockchain roles.
- 2+ years of headhunting engineering experience.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- BsC in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Blockchain roles experience is a plus.
