What you will do:
- Maintenance and development of project reporting structures
- Maturity level tracking
- Preparation/participation/moderation of project rounds
- Driving the risk cancellation process’
- Supportive responsibility for 35 functions
- Building-up tracking dashboards
- Tracking of tasks and manage their progress (time and quality)
- Confident moderation of appointments
What you should know/have to succeed in this role:
Tools
- Jira, Confluence, ADO - Advanced/Expert
- MS Office - Expert
- KPM - Advanced
Knowledge & Skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-confident, structured, analytical
- High level of willingness to learn
- Fluent English speaker (German is a plus
- Hands-on mentality
- High degree of independence and reliability
