Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end search product roadmap, optimizing user experiences and delivering solutions that enhance search functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Engineering, Data) to deliver seamless, scalable search experiences.
- Leverage Solr to develop, fine-tune, and enhance search performance and relevance.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and UX research to continuously improve the search experience.
- Analyze customer behavior and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Proven experience with Solr search engine implementation and optimization.
- Strong background in digital product management, UX, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional Agile environment.
