Job Summary:
We are seeking a People Operations Manager to support our globally distributed remote team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage various HR vendors (fiat and token payroll) and HR tech stacks (HRIS, Device management, travel management, etc).
- Provide the first line support and advice to employees at all levels on HR inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR cross-functions on various people programs and initiatives.
- Regularly audit and update compensation and benefits programs in line with web3 trends.
- Ensure compliance with global labor laws and develop HR policies.
- Plan and facilitate organization-wide events like founders' AMAs, all-hands meetings, and internal gatherings.
- Build and maintain the Employee Handbook to keep it updated and aligned with HR policies and processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in People Operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Chinese (preferred) and English to effectively communicate with employees globally.
- Web3 experience, tokens management experience
- Experience in dynamic industries like blockchain, deep tech, or global remote startups.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable using various tech platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Strong team player, proactive, and able to thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive and high-energy approach, able to manage complex relationships and difficult conversations.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and manage responsibilities autonomously, with flexibility in problem-solving and scheduling.
- You are a self-starter and ability to take ownership, well organised, self-disciplined and effective when working autonomously on tasks and projects;
