We’re looking for a world-class Product Marketing Manager that'll articulate and drive marketing strategies to promote the positive impact of Revolut and build trust within the industry. You'll be working in our Merchant Acquiring team, part of Revolut Business, to bring innovative, seamless payment solutions to businesses around the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and developing the value proposition of Merchant Acquiring products, understanding customer needs through research, competitive analysis, and deep product understanding
- Leveraging data to extract actionable insights for Product and Marketing teams
- Maintaining channel strategy to target current and prospective customers across various markets
- Designing and executing go-to-market strategies, including developing target audiences, crafting value propositions, and orchestrating PR strategies
- Monitoring key metrics and indicators around product adoption, usage, and satisfaction to identify blockers and solutions to optimise growth
- Building solid cross-functional relationships to effectively bring new features and campaigns to market
- Enhancing global scaling efforts by collaborating with regional marketing and communication teams to layer Revolut’s Acquiring products in campaigns
- Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the fintech or payments industry
- Passion for Revolut’s products and features
- Experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
- A great understanding of digital and offline activation channels to create engaging in-product, performance, and organic campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to talk to anyone and work in an dynamic, international environment
- Experience in market research
