The Main Activities Are
- Responsible for accurately preparing monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger and journals, including monitoring accounts for discrepancies.
- Prepare necessary journal entries.
- Interact via email and phone to review the financial statements with the client.
- Ensure monthly financial statements are completed and reconciled by the 1st and 2nd week of every month.
- Assist with the auditing process
- Assist in preparing the annual budget process for our HOAs.
- Support AP and AR.
- Schedule payments
- Record payroll transactions
Monday to Friday
Standard time: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time.
Daylight saving: 07:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

- Bachelor in Accounting
- Strong understanding of accrual basis
- Strong understanding of fund accounting. Experience working with it is a plus.
- Feel comfortable explaining financial information to investors, stakeholders, and owners.
- Prior experience in similar industries (hospitality, public organizations, associations, property management) is highly desirable.
- Customer service is a plus.
