Right now, we are looking for a Business Hacking Associate to join our Business Hacking Studio, in Mexico for supply chain consultancy challenging projects.

A Globant Business Hacker is fundamentally a professional who can articulate a complex transformational program, manage urgencies and tensions of a changing organization, translate actions into business impact, and help detect potential new revenue streams. We help organizations get fit through results, in continuous iterative delivery avoiding pharaonic endless programs. For us making transformation tangible and finding new ways to optimize culture and business impact are key.
What will help you succeed:
- 5 + years of experience.
- Supply Chain Management experience in CPG & beverage industries.
- Strong experience in supply & demand planning.
- Inventory, Management.
- Warehousing & Distribution.
- Product life cycle Management.
- Strong Analytical skills, strategic thinker.
- Hand-on detailed focus on daily execution while driving long-term strategy.
- Create amazing digital transformations for our customers, focus mainly on the strategy that can coach, mentor and guide key stakeholders and c- levels who are the key of the transformations. Is responsible for the definition and the leadership to guarantee the excellence of the execution.
- Define "WHAT".
- Can operate in any of the BH practices.
- Oversees multiple projects and is responsible for all processes and decisions regarding all projects within his/her responsibility.
- Supports business opportunities. Participates in the development of pre-sales proposals and sales pitches.
- Disseminates the practice through papers, webinars, etc.
- Defines standardized processes, metric collection, analysis, and utilization for the practice/country and the company to improve efficiency and quality.
- Fosters best practices and processes within the practice. Learns and spreads knowledge with other studios.
- Evaluates the latest trends and techniques to use them in the company and with clients. Responsible for completing performance assessments within a practice.
- Generates plans to enable practice growth.
- Defines and executes capacity strategies for the practice's main skills, including hiring, training and leveling.
- Works specifically on strategy and connecting culture with business.
- Responsible for marketing and thought leadership. Is the core team of management of the Studio.
