Summary:
The Part-Time Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing weekend logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of goods. This role involves managing warehouse operations, coordinating transportation, and supervising a team to maintain high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the weekend operations of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Liaise with carriers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor transportation costs and optimize routes to reduce expenses.
- Lead and supervise a team of logistics staff during weekend shifts.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the weekend operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
- English CV is required.
- English leval C1/C2 required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse management and transportation coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
