Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients daily.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the leadership team.
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their staffing needs.
- Present and promote the company’s recruiting and staffing services to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain and update CRM with all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- At least 3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the tech or education industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
- Experience with staffing agencies
- Experience generating sales from multiple industries
