- Development of new and existing clients by delivering and exemplary and communicative service
- Sourcing/ attracting candidates via various methods including; client/ candidate referrals, job boards, LI, social media, head hunting etc
- Interviewing potential candidates via phone and video
- Maintain / update the database, ensuring compliance, activates/ notes, and rights to work information is fully up to date
- Create adverts to attract / engage high quality candidates
- Maintain contact/ build relationships with candidates via phone, email, text , mailshots
- Update candidates throughout the job application / interview process. Support/ brief candidates for interviews with clients
- Qualify/ advise on various job roles /job descriptions
- Liaising directly with key clients to qualify jobs, book in interviews and take feedback
- Offering first class customer service to clients and candidates alike
- Following up all communication (via either email, text, WhatsApp, LinkedIn message, social media channels)
- Source, qualify, interview, format CV’s, create and update candidates’ files, on the database What you will already have
- Able to build revenue by nurturing existing clients and bringing on new ones
- Previous recruitment agency experience of resourcing a multitude of roles in variety of disciplines (temp, contract and perm)
- Experience of resourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referral and headhunting
- Extremely organised and able to multitask
- Boolean searching experience
- Previous experience of candidate management/ liaising with clients
- A desire to offer first class communication/ a passion to support both clients and candidates
- Able to listen/ build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Able to qualify job specifications taken from clients and consultants
- Able to ‘think out of the box’ / look for different solutions, in candidate shortage markets
