We’re looking for our first Partner Marketing Manager to build and manage our growing partner marketing programs and to support future partner launches and marketing opportunities. You’ll craft impactful partner marketing strategies and own the tactical execution of the campaigns supported by the broader marketing organization. You’ll build deep relationships with our partners across a breadth of industries including Logistics, Travel, Tech, Financial Services, and more. This role will report into the Solutions Product Marketing team and will partner closely with the Marketing team, the GTM leadership team, and the Developer Platform Product Manager.
What will you be doing?
- Serve as the go-to person for our partner marketing efforts and collaborate with the growth marketing team to execute on partner marketing campaigns including events, webinars, social, and other channels
- Create a partner marketing playbook that codifies cross-functional marketing support provided to our partners and maintain a partner marketing calendar for internal visibility
- Develop and partner with the content team on key assets like customer case studies, co-branded ebooks and webinars
- Join discussions with potential partners, discuss the value of partnering with Front, and build strong co-marketing relationships that drive revenue
- Form a point of view on top partner candidates with an emphasis on expected marketing ROI including brand awareness and pipeline generation
- Build and maintain partner enablement materials like pitch decks, one pagers, and email message templates and support internal and partner enablement sessions
- 4+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS
- A proven ability to execute partner marketing programs that drive revenue and increase brand awareness across verticals
- A strong collaborator, both internally and externally, with experience fostering strong relationships with strategic partners and GTM stakeholders
- A skilled writer and communicator who can make complex concepts accessible and loves helping customers and partners understand the value of Front
- An organized, structured thinker who manages projects efficiently to successful outcomes while empathetically driving alignment with cross-functional partners
- A keen attention to detail and quality with high standards for the work you deliver
- A big plus, but not required: experience with and passion for the customer experience software space
