Must have vast experience being hands on as a UX Designer/Analyst on B2B Enterprise Software.
Responsibilities
- As a Sr UX Analyst/Product Designer you'll be the collaborative lead between client stakeholders and the UX team working on this project.
- Excellent experience with Figma and all facets of its capabilities.
- Ability to mentor UX team on design process thought, collaborate and provide feedback to team members on design work.
- Work with BA s supporting UX Team providing additional needs for a successful UX design.
- Have the capability to pick up on an existing project as a quick learner and add with your experience and listening to teams knowledge and insights since project inception.
- Follow a user-centered design approach and work collaboratively to research, design, and validate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Work with UX team to conduct user research, identify user pains, and study user workflows to impact strategy and product direction.
- Help the teams interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations for design considerations based on that feedback.
- Contribute to requirements and collaborate on design documents.
- Develop detailed user personas and user workflows.
- Strong UX design highly skilled with a quick ability to understand work and design.
- 20% of the work is mentoring team members.
- B2B experience where design is to replace a customer driven work into a portal environment.
- Must be able to work with a team that is active on the project in a collaborative way.
- Strong customer experience focus and understanding of user-centered design.
- Knowledge and understanding of prototyping tools like Axure, Figma or other prototyping tools.
- Experience working in a Lean UX & Agile delivery model.
- Experience designing for large scale mobile customer experience platforms, and omni-channel user experiences.
- Experience working with digital design systems, contributing to style guides and delivering digital assets to development teams.
- Excellent verbal and communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail oriented and well organized
