- SD, OTC end to end process
- Work with other teams on integration
- Leadership This person will not be told what to do for every single task.
- Analytical skills Perform investigation
- Good communication skills will work with business partners
- Learn and follow Client processes
- Ownership expected to complete tasks, provide status, raise awareness when issues occur
