This position is part of the leadership team of the House of E-Commerce and Partnerships, reporting to the SVP. Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Shape and own the Solar & Batteries category strategy and performance targets.

E-commerce Execution: Lead the e-commerce strategy, focusing on revenue, margins, and product management.

Partnerships: Build and manage strategic partnerships with Solar companies and Battery manufacturers.

Energy & VPP: Oversee energy market strategies and Virtual Power Plants (VPP) integration.

Collaboration: Work across departments to align efforts and achieve goals.

Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.

⚡⚡️Ideal Profile

Experiences

  • Extensive experience in category leadership, sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of the Solar and Batteries industry.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce strategies and partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of energy markets and VPP integration.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to be based in any of our four locations—Sweden, Norway, Germany, or the Netherlands—and will be connected to one of our five offices situated in the capitals of these countries, as well as in Førde, Norway.
