Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to Functional Solution Leads, managing and supporting deliverables related to our solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client inquiries, offering prompt and professional responses to their concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including proposal development, providing necessary documentation and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Gather client feedback and requirements, assist in preparing presentation materials and deliverables, and identify areas of improvement or enhancements.
- Manage the work-in-progress for upcoming and ongoing Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Assist in preparing pricing files in accordance with Commercial guidelines.
- Improve speed-to-respond with regards to proposal inputs.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, effectively conveying client needs, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring their interests are addressed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in the market to provide insightful recommendations that drive innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical services, or a related field.
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service roles.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry is a plus.
