Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the team in Agile values, principles, and practices
- Prepare, maintain and communicate the product roadmap, which defines product enhancements for short and long-term releases
- Act as a product evangelist and become the subject matter expert of any assigned product or service throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate internal and external product releases including customer iteration, requirement development and comprehensive testing
- Facilitating agile ceremonies including but not limited to: daily Scrum, planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Work closely with internal and external engineering teams to ensure high quality delivery
- Identify differences in understanding issues as they occur
- Utilize tools and reports, such as JIRA and Confluence, to collect, develop and analyze agile data and metrics while tracking and managing progress on a daily basis
Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field/equivalent work experience
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in product management and end-to-end product delivery in the government or commercial healthcare industry
- Experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environment
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel from analyst to C-suite executives
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence and SharePoint applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PO/PM, and/or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certifications
- Domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or healthcare verticals
- Experience on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
- Experience with software DevSecOps/DevOps pipeline processes and tools
eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by your manager. Occasional travel for training and project meetings. It is estimated to be less than 5% per year.
