We are looking for a motivated and dedicated working student to join our product development team, focusing on supporting our Product Owner and Quality Management activities for our iOS and Android app teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications in a market-leading company.

About The Role

Support Product Owners:

• Assist in documenting new app features and providing input on acceptance criteria to ensure streamlined and scalable workflows.
• Help manage ticket preparation and contribute to feasibility assessments (e.g., translation key maintenance).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth task execution.
  
  

Quality Management:

• Maintain an overview of user feedback and complaints received through various channels including clustering, analysis, and prioritization.
• Communicate with customers to provide timely and informative feedback.
• Support manual testing of iOS and Android apps, identifying and documenting bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  
  

About You:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics or related fields).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of and interest in mobile apps and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical skills to cluster and identify root causes of issues.
