FINANCE AUTOMATION SPECIALIST
Your responsibilities:
- Evaluating and analyzing business processes to determine their suitability for automation using RPA and to identify automation opportunities;
- Assessing the feasibility and complexity of processes to identify automation opportunities;
- Hands-on design, development, testing, and support of RPA solutions;
- Identifying and communicating technical infrastructure requirements necessary for successful automation implementation;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation related to the automated solutions and processes;
- Communicating project risks, issues, and change inputs effectively to relevant stakeholders;
- Working closely with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of new automated solutions with existing systems and processes;
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation processes to ensure continuous efficiency;
- Participating in training and skill development programs to enhance automation development knowledge and expertise.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience;
- University degree in IT development related discipline;
- Solid experience in RPA technologies, tools, and frameworks;
- Strong process-minded thinking and analytical skills,
- Strong problem-solving skills (ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve);
- Experience in working with virtual and dispersed teams;
- Experience with software development, programming, specifically with RPA tools;
- Basic understanding of RPA concepts and tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere);
- Basic understanding of Agile Project Management Frameworks (Scrum / DSDM / Xp);
- Familiarity with Oracle MOM, Fusion ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 2012 ERP is an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and teamwork abilities;
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment ;
- Fluency in English.
