As a recruiter, you will be responsible for filling specific positions within our organization, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract the best candidates for each role. Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
- Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top talent
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines
- Negotiate job offers and assist with the on-boarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate information
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role for top high growth companies and organizations
- Strong understanding of various recruiting methods and channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Passion for identifying and attracting top talent to drive company success
- $60-80/hour. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
