We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our client's team and play a crucial role in refining and optimizing their existing CRM system, currently used by the sales team. This role involves a combination of hands-on work to clean up the current system and providing strategic direction for future CRM improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Cleanup:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand the current usage and identify areas for cleanup and optimization.
- Execute hands-on tasks to clean up and streamline the existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Dynamics CRM moving forward.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the evolution of the CRM system to support future business needs.
- Customize Dynamics CRM workflows, entities, and security models to meet business requirements.
- Develop and integrate custom solutions using Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM customization, development, and integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, entities, and security models.
- Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and other related technologies.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET, C#, and web services (SOAP/REST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
