Responsibilities
- Input and update data in our computer systems using various software and tools.
- Verify and correct data errors or discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy of data entered.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to gather and process data.
- Follow data entry procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
