Remote Digital Product Specialist with verification

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Digital Product Specialist on a temporary basis on our Digital Experience Marketing team (term up to 12 months).

This role acts as a liaison between Marketing and IT project teams, prioritizing business requirements and customer experience to enhance digital products, apps and websites. The successful candidate will understand technical processes and be able to communicate these to stakeholders, ultimately enabling marketing functions and a “customer first” approach. This position is a hybrid or remote opportunity and can based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

• Help define the user experience and support model for custom digital products. This will include documenting processes to support adoption.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure digital marketing requirements and customer experience are considered by project teams.
• Support local Co-ops’ onboarding of new digital products and tools, contributing to the success of their marketing initiatives.
• Provide data analysis to measure product effectiveness and engagement.
• Participate in project planning and requirements gathering to create new products and optimizing existing processes and systems.

Who you’ll work with:

You will report to the Digital Experience Manager as part of a small team of three that’s focused on user experience. This close-knit team embraces the philosophy that we are people first and employees second. The successful candidate will interact often with the broader Marketing team, IT project teams, commodity teams and various business units. This team is passionate about creating innovative digital experiences for customers across the CRS and Western Canada.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in digital experience, marketing or product management:

• Have 3-6 years of experience in project management, technical support, or a similar field.
• Have a diploma or degree in business, marketing, project management, web design, or user experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
• Understand data architecture and integrations (APIs) (considered an asset).
