The Role

The ideal candidate for this role is dynamic, data-driven, and capable of driving impactful growth strategies. Candidates in this role will be responsible for search-engine marketing (SEA) and search-engine optimisation (SEO). Candidates will also carry out keyword analyses and apply targeting strategies. You are responsible for budget planning for channel and tool distribution according to the set targe - ts.Joint development of cross-media marketing strategies and online marketing campaigns in the marketing team as well as operational implementation, target group definition and creation of targeting concep
- ts.You plan, implement, monitor and optimise our SEA campaigns on Google and other search engin
- es.Your role will involve analysing campaign performance, including a detailed review of tracking functions. You will also use these findings to create key KPIs with the help of meaningful repor

Qualificatio
- ns:
Fluency in written and spoken German and Eng - lish.Experience in (performance) marketing management in a tech startup or similar fast-paced environ
- ment.Expertise in planning and implementing SEO / SEA campaigns on various platforms as well as with newsletter marketing t
- ools.Bachelor's or Master's de
- gree.Strong drive to drive commercial growth with innovative B2B marketing in an early-stage startup environ
- ment.You bring a mix of robust analytical skills and creativity, like to roll up your sleeves and try things
- out.Experience in SEO and SEA marketing with software products in the clean-tech sector is an advantage, but not essen
tial.
