Now, we're seeking a Director of Content who can translate our approach and expertise into compelling stories, presentations, and campaigns that expand our reach and strengthen our unique positioning.


The Role:

As our Director of Content, you'll lead our content efforts and strategy. Collaborating closely with our senior leaders, you'll act as a writer, collaborator, editor, and strategist to transform insights into compelling content that resonates across various channels and helps build our client portfolio and attract best-in-class talent.

The role today is focused on creating, fostering, and promoting impactful content. For the right candidate, however, there is potential to promote into a broader remit for Whitespectre’s marketing and business development efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leads and the wider Whitespectre team to generate and gather key topics, themes, and ideas that align with our overall content strategy.
  • Drive the creation and prioritization of content briefs, working alongside the team to distill sometimes complex and technical concepts into creative presentations with a strong message
  • Be a steward for the Whitespectre positioning and ‘voice’, and be able to adapt that for different contexts, audiences, and voices in the organization
  • Create content in a variety of formats that highlights our expertise and reflects our passion for growing businesses through technology (thought leadership articles, blog articles, videos, social media posts, website, newsletter etc)
  • Work with our in-house design team to create visual content that improves engagement and enhances our storytelling
  • Interview clients and external subject matter experts to enhance our case studies and build our audience
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content distribution strategy, including:
  • Optimizing content for different platforms
  • Creating a cadence for content release to maintain consistent engagement
  • Identifying and leveraging new channels, forums, and partnerships for content amplification, including co-marketing initiatives
  • Analyze content performance and impact and use these insights to align with exec leadership and suggest new strategies
  • Stay on top of competitive tracking and key voices in the space, both to ensure we differentiate ourselves and also take inspiration when we identify great examples
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive improvements to our credentials deck and other important presentations for business development efforts


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in content marketing, thought leadership, communications, or similar roles, ideally in tech and/or consulting
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt to different voices and styles
  • Adept at using AI in content workflows, and without sacrificing quality, tone, or originality
  • Strong collaborative skills. You are happy being a creative thought partner, editor/producer, or creator- as the role requires
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring content performance and strategic impact and the ability to clearly communicate this at the exec level
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple initiatives, basing decisions on the impact-to-effort ratio while also keeping a long-term view
  • Passion for technology and its potential to drive business transformation
  • Ability to work with a significant crossover with our core hours: 11am - 7pm Central European Time.
