Responsibilities
- As a developer, you will own the development lifecycle of your features. You will come up with the software design and execution plans for your features, implement, test and merge your code, and monitor your features once they deploy to production.
- During implementation, you will code with diagnosability, reliability, and maintainability in mind and ship your code alongside appropriate test automation. You will learn about and apply best practices in coding patterns wherever possible.
- You will contribute to your peers and team-mates by reviewing their code.
- You will use feature rollout flags to enable new features and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) to evaluate features in production.
- Once the code is in production, you will ensure your features are monitored and equipped with appropriate metrics, logs, telemetry, and troubleshooting-guides.
- You will learn about and stay abreast of the implications of privacy, security, compliance and responsible AI requirements with guidance from your technical leaders.
- You will contribute to operations of our live services on a rotational, on-call basis as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and mitigate issues by following troubleshooting guides.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or React
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in Web Development using React, TypeScript, HTML5.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ year(s) technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or React
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Java, JavaScript, or React
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in using HTML, React & JavaScript/Typescript frameworks for large scale front end experiences.
- Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience with building AI features is a bonus.
