Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to travel bookings, reservations, client profiles, and other travel-related information in the company's database.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data entered into the system.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute reports on key performance metrics, booking trends, and other relevant data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, customer support, and management, to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the data management workflow, contributing to overall operational excellence.
