About The RoleWe are looking for a Lead Regional Marketing Manager for ANZ/ASEAN to execute and scale our marketing efforts in the region. You will implement targeted campaigns tailored to market needs and target segments, making data-driven decisions and collaborating across teams. Your role will focus on driving demand, increasing Sales Opportunities, and maintaining a healthy pipeline for ANZ/ASEAN Sales teams. Key tasks include working closely with sales to grow the pipeline, executing a 'Global to Local' and 'ANZ/ASEAN-First' strategy, and optimising inbound leads. You will also manage ANZ/ASEAN marketing activities and communicate updates across crafts and the wider business.Responsibilities:
  • Strategy: Identify market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales, Partnerships and other cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABM, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiatives to drive leads and the sales pipeline.
  • Messaging: Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key market segments.
  • Lead Generation: Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads for our ANZ/ASEAN Sales teams, and measure and report on critical sales funnel metrics.
  • Program Effectiveness: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns to improve resource allocation, efficiency, and revenue generation.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of your markets and target merchants, and identify the most effective marketing, communication, and engagement approaches.
  • Team Updates: Regularly update marketing, sales, and product teams about regional customer behaviours, buying preferences, and patterns.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various marketing teams (Field, Partner Marketing, Product, Marketing UX, Growth, Digital, and Content) to develop and deliver effective marketing programs for your market and merchants.
  • Local to Global Exchanges: Facilitate the exchange of ideas and strategies between local and global teams to enhance regional marketing approaches.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to prioritising the ANZ/ASEAN roadmap and initiatives for the marketing department.
  • Market Feedback: Provide feedback to broader teams about market conditions, highlighting successful strategies and areas for improvement.
  • Support Regional Goals: Assist in achieving APAC-wide marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success in the region.
Requirements:
  • Regional Expertise: Extensive experience in the ANZ market. Experience in ASEAN markets is a plus
  • Marketing Experience: Proven track record in marketing or revenue-focused roles, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Campaign Execution: Strong ability to execute full-funnel and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data to craft user experience stories and track conversion rates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Mindset geared towards continual improvement and optimisation.
