What you’ll get to do

As the People Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience through effective internal communication, engagement initiatives, and strategies focused on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) and Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) practices. You will design and implement comprehensive strategies that align with our organizational values and culture, fostering a workplace environment where all employees feel valued and empowered. Your deep understanding of our business and the external landscape will be essential in driving impactful initiatives.

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

  • Develop and implement a strategic internal communication plan to ensure transparency across the organization.
  • Monitor and adjust strategy using KPIs to measure engagement and employee feedback.
  • Create and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
  • Work with HR and leadership to align employee experience initiatives with broader goals.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for employee engagement and building a high-performance culture.
  • Design and implement strategies to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I).
  • Lead initiatives that support environmental, social, and governance goals (ESG).
  • Oversee efforts to define, communicate, and reinforce organizational values and culture.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on employee engagement or communications.
  • Skilled in developing strategies that enhance employee experience and align with business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of DE&I and ESG principles, with a commitment to fostering inclusivity.
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in data analysis to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success in driving engagement and culture-building in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global environments.

For applicants applying under an Austrian employment contract, the minimum salary for this role, as per the Austrian collective agreement, is €49.000,- with the potential for a significantly higher salary based on experience and qualifications.
