Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a Leading Global Investment Firm is looking to engage with a Senior Consultant – Manufacturing & Quality Improvement (Auto OEM)
.Roles & Responsibilities
- :Lead manufacturing and quality improvement initiatives at the client’s Mexico plant, focusing on process optimization and performance enhancement
- .Identify operational inefficiencies, develop improvement strategies, and implement corrective actions to boost productivity and reduce defects
- .Collaborate with local management to ensure the implementation of best practices for quality control and manufacturing excellence
- .Conduct plant assessments, root cause analysis, and identify solutions to resolve manufacturing challenges
- .Drive lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- .Provide training and mentorship to local teams on process improvement, quality assurance, and operational best practices
- .Align local plant operations with global standards, collaborating with teams in Korea, China, and other regions to ensure consistency across plants
- .Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, outlining key achievements, challenges, and recommendations
- .Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the plant team
- .Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- .Assist in the development of long-term strategies for plant performance enhancement and quality management
- .Manage and influence cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation of improvement initiatives
