Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a UX Designer / Digital Product Designer to add to their growing team.


This role is:

  • 1 Year Contract, with opportunity to extend
  • Desired start date is end of January or early February 2025
  • Fully Remote
  • 40 hours/week, standard working hours


The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in UX/UI Design, largely within large-scale websites
  • Experience with web content management systems and content migration processes
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Solid understanding of web standards, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
  • Experience creating and documenting design styles, patterns, and components
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for design consistency across various digital platforms
  • Able to collaborate across various teams
  • Experience in HTML / CSS and basic web development skills are a plus!
  • Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will play a pivotal role in the successful migration of their website to a new Content Management System.
  • You will ensure that the design and experience of the website are preserved during the migration process.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to maintain and enhance existing design patterns, create new components where necessary, and ensure that all content is optimized for consistency.
  • Work with brand and creative teams to select and prepare images, and develop design guidelines to ensure a smooth transition to the new CMS.
  • Identify gaps to the existing components and create new design elements or patterns as needed to support content migration
  • Document and communicate the design requirements for new components and work closely with the engineering team to ensure proper implementation within the CMS.
  • Record all design-related details of the migration. Include guidelines for future content authors on how to use design components in the new CMS.
  • Review migrated content to ensure it aligns with the intended design, and ensure consistency across all pages.
  • Conduct design QA to identify and address issues related to the design.
