Job description

As a Tech Lead, you’ll manage a team of developers while also being hands-on with the development of our SaaS products. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing leadership with technical challenges

Your main missions will be

• 70% hands-on fullstack development (NextJS/React)
• 30% leadership (team management, mentoring, code reviews)
• Drive the design and implementation of new features
• Ensure best coding practices and team productivity
• Work closely with customer support on technical issues
• Collaborate with the Product Manager
• Report to the CTO

Key results

• Within 1 month: onboarded and contributing to product development
• Within 6 months: played a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing our products

Preferred Experience:

• 8+ years of JavaScript development (NextJS/React)
• Experience leading technical teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously
• Fluent in both French and English
• Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS startup
