We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who is motivated, inquisitive, and team-oriented, fueled by a strong desire for impactful design.

In this capacity, the designer will collaborate with Product Owners and developers to elevate software quality, steer product development through user research, and develop visual designs, user flows, and wireframes to collect iterative feedback from clients and developers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and visual designs based on user needs and requirements
  • Work together with Product Owners and development teams to devise innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
  • Carry out user research and assess user feedback to improve usability
  • Set and advocate design guidelines, best practices, and standards
  • Aid product visions through research, conception, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
  • Exhibit and protect designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Oversee user experience across various platforms


Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in interaction design for web-based applications
  • A robust online portfolio displaying user-centered design solutions
  • Deep knowledge of interface design principles, interactive technologies, and user-centered design methods
  • Skilled in design tools like Invision, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, interpersonal relations, and analysis
  • Ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in an agile, rapid-paced environment
  • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
  • Proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level
