Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: ASPICE Expert (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have: Hard Skills: 0 to 3 years of experience in Quality Management practices supporting embedded system/ Software development projects Practical Knowledge on Automotive SPICE/CMMi, ISO 26262 requirements and Experience on AGILE Way of Working (SCRUM, KANBAN...) Experience on usage of Tools i.e. JIRA, Confluence, RedMine, ALM tools and to define workflows Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience KPIs definitions and analysis experience (e.g. in SDLC V Model, SCRUM ...) Must possess the skills to work and take Q-initiatives, Lead or contribute in CFT... Exposure in performing internal audits based on ISO standards & ASPICE Assessment Good communication & interpersonal skills, Go–Getter and stakeholder management Provisional ASPICE Assessor having practical assessment and process implementation experience on behalf of ASPICE Level 3 Certified SCRUM Master (PSM/ CSM) or know-how on AGILE ASPICE Integrated approach Soft skills
