SOFTWARE ENGINEER SALARY £50-70,000 DOE – PERMANENT – BASED UK / HYBRID – OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO LEEDS Headquartered in Leeds but with staff based across the UK, VeUP’s client eviFile is a fast growing SaaS global scale up. eviFile is a web and mobile platform designed to improve construction project data and provide real time insights. eviFile has reinvented field-data collection by providing a Digital Evidence Platform that businesses of all sizes, and across all sectors can use to capture, manage and share forensic-grade data using everyday mobile devices. The business is going through rapid scale up and expansion and is considering opportunities in other locations outside the UK – USA, UAE, KSA. Up until now, most of their software development and technology road map has been delivered in partnership with a recognised software development house. They are now looking to bring this in-house and as a result need to recruit a Maui Developer. Reporting into the Lead Developer, the Maui Developer will work alongside a broad team charged with the ongoing development and enhancement of a sound technology and platform . You will collaborate with cross functional teams such as our client on-boarding team to help design, develop and implement appropriate eviFile product features and solutions with excellence to their clients. Key responsibilities include: This role will suit an experienced Software Developer with up to date exposure to Maui programming. Ideally, candidates should come from other SaaS or mobile software development businesses; ideally been through a start/scale-up and have experience of in and/or outsourcing software development. Key technical skills include: Your base salary £50-70,000 DOE is supplemented by a generous benefits package to include 33 days leave including public holidays, company discretionary bonus, remote and hybrid working, gym and private health care and company pension.
