Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Sentinel to join our cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Microsoft Sentinel solution to enhance our threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Microsoft Sentinel architecture
  • Configure and manage data connectors, workspaces, and analytics rules
  • Develop and tune threat detection rules and playbooks
  • Integrate Microsoft Sentinel with other security tools and systems
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents
  • Collaborate with security teams to develop incident response plans
  • Optimize Microsoft Sentinel performance and ensure data quality
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and update Microsoft Sentinel accordingly

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with Microsoft Sentinel
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, threat detection, and incident response
  • Experience with Azure, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or KQL
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with other Microsoft security products (e.g., Microsoft 365 Defender, Azure Security Center)
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence in security
  • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or similar
